hi Alex,
Is the website normal already? I am having problem when log in.
so far I have created 2 accounts and 2 of them has same problem, unable to log in.
"Authentication failed. Invalid username/password pair."

I had sent email before about this, but the problem is still the same.

Could you help me?

Service has been restored, You will need to re-register as neither account is in out customer list. This should fix the problems you are receiving.
